Barbara Kill
 
Barbara has previous work experience working in management at Toys R Us before joining CCMC as a Community Manager. As a Portfolio Manager, Barbara assists several new communities, like Espada. Outside of her role as a Community Manager, Barbara enjoys baking, crafting, and gardening.
 
As Community Manager, Barbara’s role is to create a synergetic bond between the community and the association for families to connect and grow relationships.
  • The Community Manager's responsibilities include:
  • Community contract and vendor management
  • Community standards 
  • HOA financials and assessments
  • Amenity-related concerns
  • ACC Review Committee management

Taylor Knochenhauer 
 

Taylor recently graduated from The Univeristy of Texas at San Antonio, with an MBA in mangement with a marketing minor. At UTSA, she served as the president of the Womens Club Soccer team and has been a student athlete her whole life. In these roles, she learned how to provide fun, interactive events for a diverse audience, just like Grace Garden! Taylor is so excited to grow into her career as the Grace Gardens Lifestyle Director. Taylor is always available for resident feedback and connections.
 
Outside of her role as Lifestyle Director, Taylor enjoys weightlifting, painting, and taking pictures on her film camera.
 
Taylor’s responsibilities include:
  • Planning community events
  • Grace Garden’s communications (social media, newsletters, website)
  • Sponsorships, marketing, and community outreach
  • New resident on-boarding
  • Lennar builds the houses; Taylor facilitates the making of the community.
